Ultron and other villians as playable characters

Since Ultron showed his shiny metal **** again, it makes wonder what if he is part of the team roster rather than the final boss? It's only a matter of time before players start to get bored of kicking his shiny metal **** online again and again, so how come we can't recruit villains like him too? I heard how people commented on they would rather recruit a 1-star Maggia Thug instead of a 4-star hero these days, but just for fun, how would Ultron's movesets look like if he becomes a playable character? Too OP? Too unviable (*cough Quicksilver *cough)? Or simply you just have to pay-to-win?

Either way, I really wish I can have a character immune to stun, because dealing with Modern Black Widow's blue ability really annoys me...

    I'm 99% sure that they said that Ultron and Gorgon won't be playable b/c they're OP, due to being Boss type characters, and would need to be balanced. Can't recall where, maybe the LINE Q&A with IceIX. If they were balanced, not sure if you'd want to play with them as much as you would with their OP, Boss type moves.

    Jordan Knight ☆SBPM☆ - Will gorgon or ultron ever be playable ice?
    IceIX - Possible cameo Team-Up characters, very unlikely to ever be roster-able.

    IceIX - Right. They're both perfectly "playable". They're just designed as boss characters, so they're not balanced.
