there should be a way to level down characters

I want to level my Loki down a bit. He's doing to much damage on black matches, so all the dedicated tanks - Hulk, Colossus, and Captain Marvel - can't gather black for him.

    This would also be nice for those of us who didn't know about scaling way back when, and accidentally overlevelled one character. Punisher's awesome, but he's been causing me headaches since the day I got him to 166. With no one else above ~130, it makes things way more challenging than they should be.

    it would be nice to get a percentage back but seriously i fine with it just disappearing or gifted to some random player.

    wonder how many would support reset your person back to level 1 (lose all your ISO) and it cost 100 or 250HP

    lose all ISO 100 hp
    regain xx ISO 250 HP
    regain all ISO 500 HP

    i doubt they would do the regain cause it would allow people to spend the ISO some place else
