Reward: Storm (Black)
Deadpool Fun Fact about Storm: Look, readers, you know how sometimes things are edited, retconned or Bowdlerized for the more sensitive members of society? Well, Storm's "Origin Story" went through the chop several times. She was really found in a Vegas strip club by Charles Xavier dancing under the name "Storm Goddess". When Xavier tried to slip some Susan B Anthony dollar coins into her scanty clothing, she unleashed a miniature thunderstorm over his head that lasted a week. When he eventually dried out and apologized, he offered her a place at his school.

Reward: Luke Cage (Black)
Deadpool Fun Fact about Luke Cage: Speaking about strip clubs, Luke Cage...has probably never been in one. He's got a pretty scary wife. But anyway, a fun fact about ol' facepuncher is that he is actually a flesh-construct piloted by a tiny purple alien critter who wanted to live out a superhero fantasy and just had way too much fun to leave. This alien is named Angus, and occasionally sneaks out of Luke's ear when he's recharging (or "sleeping", I guess...) and makes prank phone calls to Washington.[/b]

Reward:Rocket & Groot (Blue)
Deadpool Fun Fact about Rocket & Groot: Wow, okay, two guys at once huh? Guess I can take it. Oh, I just realized how that sounds. Eh, the editor will fix that before going to print. Anyways, let's see... Rocket isn't a raccoon, he's an alien. But that's not a fun fact. What IS fun is that underneath all that fur is a crazy number of beautifully stylized tribal tattoos that tell the story of a lost tribe of howling mice. It's an incredible story and you totes need to read it. Just ask Rocket to hold still, and shave him. Good luck! As for Groot...well, I was going to say that he can actually talk really well but that'd be a boring made up real fact. Did you know though that he leaves his "Groot Sprigs" everywhere he visits? There are planets all over the universe that have little bits of Groot growing, maturing and eventually rising up to rule that world? And they're all linked via a hive mind and all know what the others are....ok, you know what? This sounds silly, even to me.

She doesn't have any super powers, has the proportional strength of an elderly lady, but when her Bingo Sense is tingling she has to go. The suit is used as a disguise because Mae has been barred from every Bingo hall within a hundred miles after the "You Didn't Say Bingo Fast Enough, You Old *expletive deleted*" incident. It took days to clean up the tea stains. ...what? You wanted a fact about Peter? Why? He has such a **** life most of the time, why make things worse for the guy?

Deadpool Fun Fact about Daredevil: Dear wonderful readers, I regret to inform you that Matt got wind of my little tell-all facts here and has sent me a nasty little legal letter indicating that if I share any "fun fact" about him he's going to do terrible, terrible things to me via the justice system....
....like that would stop DEADPOOL? HA! Bring on your gang of lawyers, Murdock! I've got guns, I've got swords, I've got a rapier wit and a...oh, what's this? Another letter. Something about rewriting my movie contract so that I'm working...what the heck is "Pro Bono Publico"? SPEAK AMERICAN!! Ahhhh forget it. You're not worth my time, you and your little red suit with the horns. You know that's something a therapist would LOVE to analyze, right? Bah. I'm out, kids.

Fantastic, not only a great information for DDQ but a giggle along with it.
Thank you!0 -
Whats bad is I think the Groot fact is actually true. I forget, but he was a villain in his origin story.0
-
Yep, he first appeared during in one of Marvel's monster comics, before the Fantastic Four was introduced and created the Marvel universe we know and love:

I dunno what's going on with me. I've been defeated in the final round twice already this week.
Normally it's only once every... not often.0 -

Two Teisatsu and a Muscle. Sometimes, just sometimes, that wipes me out.0 -

That's been my standard team for, well, since day 1 (2hor), and I haven't lost a day since.
Ninja days are the toughest, and it's taken me as much as 3-4 attempts throughout the day, but I've never gone without getting my card.
FWIW, I wiped on a BE first attempt a few days ago that wasn't a ninja-fest and it surprised me as well.
Thankfully, today's ninja-rama went relatively smoothly, thanks to two very specific matches early on...
Potentially helpful side note: I've learned which T-Us actually help me at this point, which has really taken much of the stress out of the BE. I love having an extra boardshaker like Juggs or Hood onboard, and maybe one single enemy nuke like Cage. Others have mentioned T-Us like Daredevil being really helpful for them.
It's nice to have a section of the game within which strategy actually matters...
DBC0 -
Hehehe, finished the Big Enchilada without any loss of health... think it's the first time that happened. Also picked up 10k ISO-8 and my 5th red0

I believe "Dat Required Character" today was CStorm/MNMags/Ares for me. Did anyone else get this or am
I remembering incorrectly? It doesn't really matter in the greater scheme of things...it was just strange seeing the pattern broken.0 -

Hmmm. I may have to peek at them before posting going forward. Thanks for the heads up.0 -

It's the first time I've noticed in a while. I figured they might need to do something on "Dat Required Character" when Black Widow, Bullseye, Captain Marvel, Human Torch, Magneto or Wolverine was the 3* of the day depending on where it fell in the cycle, but even with that in mind, your list is still almost always correct. I'm not sure why it was different today with Daredevil...0 -
Backend changes made to accommodate upcoming 4 star deadpool node?
I mean, the upcoming patch does include something new for 4 star acquisition, so it's a possibility.0
