Max of Any One Color on Board?

I've searched under a few different terms and can't seem to find an answer. Frustrating, because I think I remember coming across it at some point. I'm trying to figure out what would be the maximum number of any one color on the board. For example, what is the maximum number of Red tiles that could be on the board at the start of a turn without any matches?

I'm working on calculating some random stuff for my own amusement on maximum damage per AP on various abilities or seeing how some defensive abilities could work out. There are a few abilities that scale based on the number of a particular tile on the board. For example, the new Sam Wilson Captain America that turns all Yellow tiles to protect tiles, or Moonstone's ability that does additional damage for each Red tile on the board, or Wolverine X-Force that destroys all of the enemies strongest color ... what is the maximum number of tiles for a specific color at one time?

I know you will never actually see those maxes in practice, but I'm curious. Thanks for any help!
