Tutorial Hints in DDQ

I have noticed over the last few days that every match I play includes those hints telling me what an action tile (Strike, Shield, Attack, etc) does. I have to click on the tile to see a description. It does this with every special tile, such as a Critical or TU.

Is this a bug anyone else is seeing? My account is around 350 days so definitely not in tutorial mode.
