Event Specific Vaults + Event End Time

This issue mostly affects shard 5 but could also be an issue for players who can't be on shortly after their shard ends. For Heroic Juggernaut I didn't receive my final sub tokens until after the event ended, ruining my "enhanced draw rate" from pulling several covers from the vault already (since it flipped over to post event fake vault). Vaults should close 12 or so hours after an event ends so that players in the last subs don't get screwed - might even get people to buy another daily deal worth of tokens too.
