This is why we get aggravated

If you're going to make Daredevil and Fury PvE essentials, don't make the nodes goons only, who spam red countdowns. This is a hard nerf to each of their best abilities. If you're going to force us to use characters, don't make the nodes such that we'd never ever want to use those characters against those specific opponents.

    Yeah totally right.

Sometimes also the 3 featured (2,3 and 4) share 3 or 4 colors, so there are a lot of empty tiles that you cant collect in the board. But yeah, featured chars against enemies to whom you cant use your powers it is probably the worse.

Agreed. Last EOTS I believe Electra was boosted and I felt the same way.

The worst was the PVE after the release of Ant-Man, a majority of us earned the Purple cover from Growth Industry. His purple ability is a purple trap tile meanwhile his essential was against Bullseye whose protect tile kept overwriting Ant-Man's trap.. it was so pointless!

Why would they think in the manner of what would make things EASIER for us?

It's much simpler to NOT even consider things if this nature / be careless / be oblivious.

Or just the good old fashioned trolling of us.

I've always thought that the Heroic rosters were more-or-less random. They're always pretty underwhelming.

Used to like Heroics a lot because of the whole 'thinking outside the box' thing, which I do enjoy, but it's too big of a dose. Having to tooth and nail is through a whole PvE with hamstrung teams is tedious.

While it is difficult, it's by no means impossible. Wait until there are blank red matches available on the board, single or double cast Ambush, match the red tiles yourself for big damage. Use Daredevil stun to delay countdown.

This is better than before Daredevil was reworked. Anyone remember that PvE when Daredevil was also required a required character against all goons? Self-matching Ambush traps didn't deal big damage like he does know.

I've had the goons kill themselves on Demolition two different times already.

Manipulate the board so a countdown expiring drops a match into a trap. Boom! Not consistent by any means, but it's fun when it happens.

Eh, I've just been giving red to Thor. Daredevil is still good for cleaning up the clutter from dead ninjas with radar sense.

I've done okay with my 5/3/5 DareDevil. If I can get two or more Billy Clubs going, so I can alternate trigger times, then it makes countdown goons easier to manage. Radar Sense is good, as mentioned above, to "clean up" shields, attack, and strike tiles (with a little oomph for damage), and red is a bonus, but I rarely use it.

He holds his own, but I do need a pair of good teammates to defeat goons.

Exactly, I was grinding Juggernaut like crazy trying to take out as many red countdowns like crazy. Its a pain.
