Sync Problem from iOS to Android?

Hello,

maybe there is a problem after updating to R81.

Usually I play by day with android phone, in the evening and on weekends with iPad. Yesterday I played with android and in the evening the game progress synchronization worked well when I played with iPad. Today, when I wanted to go on with android the game started with the old score from yesterday afternoon. The progress I made with iPad was completely lost. (12000 ISO, 5 LR token, PVE progress....).

Does someone of you have the same problem or is it an individual one? Call at customer service was placed already.
