This game hates me, no wait, it loves me

Yesterday it happened to me something really odd playing the game.

I had been playing the game in the phone and I forgot about it so, when I reached for my iPad just after Deadpool event ended I didn't close the App in the iPad before I started playing, so I start seeing the rewards for the event, I was 31 so one fantastic Deadpool red, but then the dreaded message "You have been playing in another device, you have to log again". Noooooo!!! The App started reloading and just like that my Deadpool red was gone. But then, after a few minutes I got the rewards for the sub, 50 HP and a token. So I go to the token screen I open it and... I see shiny! One Red Deadpool !!! :O:O:O:O It had just 0.3% chance!

So the game first took me away a 4 and then it decided to give it back to me! What are the odds!

PS: Of course, after waiting one day to see If the game decided to give me back my rewards, I will send a ticket to D3 so they give me back my rewards for the event, but I dont know If they listen to this kind of problems. And of course, If anybody knows a way of forcing the server to give you back your rewards, please tell me!
PS: They reaaaally need to fix this log out/reload screen, so we never loose a reward again just because we play in more than one device.

    One thing I've started doing is (at least on IOS), when the "playing on another device" message comes up, I don't push "OK," and instead just force close the app. Then go back to the 1st device, load the game, make sure the "saved to FB" box is checked, before going back to the 2nd device. It's a PITA, to be sure.
