Not being able to see the juggernaunt vault

Hi ive been trying for an hour or so to get to the juggernaught vault but its not showing up at all.. i can not go past the taco vault..

If you have regular event tokens for Juggernaut you don't have the vault, and vice versa.

well thats bogus because the vault you get a chance at 4 stars for 100 gold one time per day.. with the tokens one you get to pay 200 gold for the same shot.. its ****

The regular Juggernaut tokens are showing a daily deal price of 100 HP for me.
