    Good question. I think we would all like some kind of acknowledgement that this is known and a fix is in the works.

    They're still trying to fix the Bug.

    Here is what I got from my Inbox:

    The problems you are experiencing in the app is a known issue that is effecting some player’s inventory in-game. We deeply apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you, and ask your patience until the correction is implemented. The fix is a high priority to us but it may take another 2 – 3 weeks to be fully fixed (hopefully sooner) and we will reach out to you via email once the bug is fixed.
