Heal+ap drain is a greater annoyance than heal+aoe. Thus, I would go after obw first, KK second. Loki is just annoying, and not dangerous.

Black widow personally because if you are relying on heavy ap use move to take one of the later ones down in one shot, widow will steal it.

KK is the next biggest threat technically due to the aoe, and healing for every cheap board shake loki gets. Her health is way higher, stunning her is in your best interest.

Loki is fully support, his biggest threat is a cheap board shake and stealing your tiles.

No need to cycle to find the same person, because of loki with those two, its all board luck.

Always 2 purple matches from a possible cascade, with heals and stolen ap and a stronger heal afterwards.

What boosts, if any, are in effect? Is this in Shield Sim? If so, OBW first. Now it's 3 v 2, and it will be a little slow to avoid mischief, but as long as Loki is shuffling the board instead of letting Kamala flood it with green, there should be no problem.

I would down OBW first because she heals and steals. I usually go for Loki in PVP because I like to match 4 and well, mischief isn't very fun to deal with.

You keep Kamala because AI can prioritize using her purple. If you farm green, her power becomes very weak, and you can probably down her before she gets embiggened off.
You can play around Loki's mischief.
Finally, OBW has the least health.

Since I appear to be in the minority, and since I am between events and have some time, here's my thinking:

Kamala is the only one in the group that can use AP to hurt you. You take her out, and you neuter the team. Even if OBW steals your AP, it's just an annoyance prolonging the battle, not a difference between winning and losing. You can certainly build AP faster than she can steal it.

A lot depends on the situation, too. If we're talking Balance of Power, then OBW will be spec'ed to 355. If we're talking Simulator, she'll be 555, and paradoxically less dangerous. At OBW 555, the AI will almost always prioritize Illusions, elevating Kamala's threat level.

Also, a lot depends on your team. I'd probably be running Cyclops/Switch/Hood (I just max covered Switch, so I've been shoe-horning her into everything just because she's my new shiny). With Hood, I'm less worried about AP steal, because I'm stealing back. I am worried about Hood getting bashed. Conversely, if you have Blade or Daken on your team, taking out Loki becomes your top priority. If you're using slow guys like LThor, then OBW is your priority. How you answer the question is actually more telling about which characters you like, rather than who's the most dangerous on the opposing team.

Lastly, board composition plays a big deal in strategy. I've gone in with a certain strategy, and by the end of Turn 2, based on what AP the AI collected, and what was on the board, had to switch priorities. If the board came in Black heavy but Red starved, I'd certainly Full Blast OBW, because I know it will one-hit her, while it might leave KK wounded without anything to finish her off, ready to be healed. The board might be green starved, so I'd be a little less worried about Kamala and decide to smack Loki because his Illusions have been annoying me. The old saying: Strategy goes out the window when reality comes in the door.

I use match damage to chip away at Loki (as much as I can through BOTB), then my first good power KOs OBW.

i always take out black widow first, she has the lowest HP usually, and is the most annoying. kamala is annoying as well but not nearly as much, and loki also has a low hp

It's a tough one. logically I would normally go after KK first. She heals the entire team with every move and Loki has the cheap move that will cause her to spam her heal. Then OBW, then Loki... just stick with match 3's.

Since I normally use SW, her ability tends to create a lot of match 4 and match 5's, so I may go SW/Doom/IF, and hit Loki as fast as I can then focus on KK and rack up AP quicker with SW purple generation. Then OBW last.

This is where IF can feed Doom's Demon's since Loki can't convert Attack Tiles.

I read this question wrong. I thought "which character to build first?" My vote for which character to down first would be BW.
I do love 2*BW, but can't play with 2*s in high 3* land unless they are buffed now. She's buffed in Deadpool's event, so she gets to be played this week.

target obw first, then kk, then loki, but the last 2 are interchangeable.

Definitely deny purple and green every time.

Khan is the enemy's only offense, but obw's purple night be the best power in the game. If it gets going it can destroy you. Once obw is down, just keep green away from Khan and finish at your leisure.

Iron fist loves purple and burns through the squishy characters very he fast. He is basically perfect for fighting this team.

There's no match where leaving OBW on the board will help you.

Other characters you want to be rid of quickly are: Loki, Hood, Kamala Khan, Iron Fist, Luke Cage, Ares. None of these is half as dangerous as OBW.

You can't continue the match until you've gotten rid of the AP thieves. Hood must die. If you let a healer like Kamala live, you'll face a similar issue where you just aren't getting ahead. Luke prevents damage, Iron Fist does damage. They're annoying.

Ares is every beginner's worst nightmare, but if you let OBW survive long enough to steal AP, then heal, then steal AP, then heal, you're done. And she's got such low health that she can be dealt with quickly. Don't ever leave her.

OBW first. AP steal can make things turn bad quickly. Plus, she's a , low health, easiest kill. Then KK. Loki last. If your team doesn't drop out strikes and protects, he won't be able to do much damage.
