Reinstalling the game, the loss of the recording of the game

Hello,
I have a problem with game's saves. I installed game today and I saw that saves dissapeared. I played that around 400 days. Some time ago I changed phone and everything was ok - after installation I recieved my cards automatically. But now it was not. I can't remember if I saved via facebook. Is this possible to recover my saves?

    If you were able to switch phones once, your progress was probably restored from a Facebook save. Assuming you didn't later remove Facebook access from your phone or the game's permissions to save data to your Facebook account, you should be able to restore once again by continuing to use the same Facebook account. If you're unable to get it to restore your game, you should open a support ticket.
