Facebook connection.

So every so often after playing a round in the game it throws up the you won this screen and sometimes it says click here to send to other people. So I click there and nothing. I have a friend who I am an ally with in an alliance who is friends with me on Facebook who says he can't find me when it's time to pick 3 people to send the gifts.
I thought at first maybe it was just a connection problem but it's not. It shows that I am connected.
Is there something I am missing? Or do I just not know what I am doing?

    So after posting about that problem, and waiting to hear back, I to this day still have the issue.
    Again any ideas or info would be helpful.

    I have the same problem. MPQ says it is a problem on Facebook's end and they can't help you. Basically you can not send or receive gifts from anyone. It sucks.
