Carry over tokens from one season to anothe?

I'm wondering if I can carry over my tokens from this season to season 18 or will I loose 'em all? Thx!

standard and heroic tokens will transfer over seasons to season. all other tokens will be put into post event tokens and will reactivate if event starts up again. Vault tokens (sweet or savory) will stay into their respective vault till used or rotated back in.
