4 star characters

Hi folks

I have to admit I am not a forumite and the inner workings of such elude me so I apologise if this has been asked before BUT .....

With the plethora of new 4 star characters that seem stronger and stronger each time is there any plans to suitably re balance the older 4 stars.

It's fairly obvious that the likes of ....

Wolverine X force
Invisible women
And especially devil dinosaur

Are woefully off the level of the newer additions and intact seem nearer to the level of the newer 3 star characters.

As such are there plans to upgrade these characters to allow them to survive in the modern state of the game or are they now just defunct characters?
