Silver characters turn into bronze

Twice now I've won silver characters - but when I check my recruits they've turned into standard bronze ones.

Any idea if a fix is incoming? I don't want to spend any more money on characters until I know this is fixed.

I usually buy a bunch of 15 bronze characters, sometimes a silver turned to bronze, and vice versa.

I've even had cases where I would draw something like a silver lvl 31, but then they'd end up a lvl 1 bronze. Pretty troll
