PVP node idea

It's really frustrating cycling through the same players, or different players with the same teams that i really have no chance against. especially when you get close to a progression award and there are nothing but losses available.
my solution: have 4-5 different nodes, populated with teams of varying difficulty.
1 star node - weakest teams, 1 and 2 star. fewer points awarded for victory say 5-20. if you lose or get revenge defeated you lose say 50.
2 star node - stronger teams, maxed 2 star. more points rewarded 10-30 per victory. loss or revenge defeat is 40 points.
3 star node - strong teams, mostly maxed 3 stars. 20-40 points for wins. losses/revenge are 30 points.
4 star node - elite teams. maxed 3 stars and 4 star rosters. 40-60+ points for wins. losses/revenge should be 40-50. only the strongest roster players would want to dabble in this node. high risk/reward.
5. have a balance of power (or loss of power) node where all characters are maxed or at minimum levels. points are evenly distributed for wins/losses/revenge.
if the events were set up this way, stronger teams would have to grind a lot to score points off of weaker teams. weaker teams could stay in a node that had other teams that were evenly levelled. and elite teams would be able to score bigger points off of similarly levelled teams.
weaker/middling teams wouldn't have to cycle through 3 nodes of teams they really have no shot at beating to hopefully find the 1-2 opponents they can beat. you could go straight to the 2 or 3 star node and find a competitive but winnable match.
