If 4 stars were based on power...

Based on the comics, who would actually be deserving of the 4 star label? Meaning that based on how powerful they are in their source material, who would truly be deserving of that pinnacle spot. (Yes I realize this has nothing to do with how they've been selected as evident by scrubs like Starlord and Antman being included based on their movie tie ins) so this topic is mainly for fun.
