Alliance - And Features

Hi, First of all I LOVE the game - non stop daily player for over year and half!!
In this last year and i half i have witness the game grow immensely, with new characters, new 4*, All alliances capped at 20, etc..
But Not enough emphasis placed on the ALLIANCE Features. Alliances are a very big part of this game, and is taken very serious by many.. Eg: commanders kicking out poor performing players, and new commanders being made when they are active. What i like to see is more alliance feature - One that i think is very important is to have one player as an administrator, allowing to remove both commanders and/or players.
Another feature which would be good is a stat feature of each player, to view how many points scored in the last 5 seasons or the last ten games.. or stat on wins/loses %.
I dont know how others feel, but more alliance managerial features and stats.
