Lost covers

I just logged in and got a bunch of awards, 2 of which were useful covers for me, and after I left the screen back to the main menu, the window went blank with the exception of a circle spinning in the bottom right. Pressing space made a connection message flash up super quick, but the only way I could recover was to hit alt+f4. Of course logging in since has left me with no covers and not even a re-pick of the awards I got. Is this a known issue? I've seen this disconnection thing a couple of times in the past week, but luckily hadn't been burned by anything like this until now.

I have no idea if they'll be able to get you the specific covers back, but hopefully they can at least replace the tokens. Give them a few days to respond, they probably have a backlog after weekends and season endings.
