Event Rewards

Sorry if this is a dumb question, I'm quite new; just started playing a couple of weeks ago. loving the game by the way. So addicting!

VS Season XVI has completed for me, and I finished #22. As soon as the event is completed I received the rewards for alliance ranking. However, I didn't receive any for personal ranking?

How long does the rewards delivery usually take? am I just being impatience and just need to wait longer?

The time it takes varies, and has changed over the history of the game. The normal answer is that you shouldn't worry about it or open a support request for missing rewards until 24 hours after the event ended.
