First week since the start of DDQ that I do not need any of the covers. Nice week of no Ninjas or surprise deaths.

I am happy to say that without DDQ I'd likely still be using 2*'s 80% of the time so this is definitely the best thing the devs ever implemented

I am disliking (with a passion) this new Wave 4 end team of 4or, Panther and Sentry - Free AP gathering from the previous goons with some nasty first moves.

Uch... (almost makes me wish the 3 teisatsu would return).

that final wave has been in the rotation for a while and its a lot of health to eat through but you should be flush with ap by then. towards the end of wave 3 I always check their ap situation to see if I need to waste a cap red or not. usually I prefer finishing the wave with blade black but sometimes that isn't enough with attacks boosted by falcon that will finish them with a match, but not finish with blade black. I also don't like using blade black if there are green matches on the board, so sometimes I have to use cap red or just chance it by ending it with a match. I don't remember wiping with cap/blade/falcon yet, but I'm sure it will happen at some point.

I think that is why they put the Don in that round 3 goon wave.. just so you can farm AP

Hey, if Panther can start wave 4 with 30 black AP, it's only fair that I can start wave 4 with 30 blue AP.

Agreed, and OBW stealing all of the other teams AP at the end of wave 3 with her bank of 30 doesn't hurt either...

By the time the fourth wave rolls around, I usually have so many protect tiles from 3 * Cap on either Peacemaker or Sentinel of Liberty and Loki's Trickery that I imagine them standing behind them when Panther does his Rage Of The Panther and snickering while saying, "IS THAT ALL YOU'VE GOT?!"

I never bother with Aggressive Recon in wave 3 -- I just match or use Lighting Storm or Magnetic Flux to farm AP. Saving up extra purple AP usually means I can use Polarity Shift to generate enough blue for a third Wind Storm, then you've got at least 4 uncontested moves to finish everyone off.
