Archived taco vault shouldn't change rewards.

Currently, if you have tokens for the archived taco vault, the rewards will change whenever you go onto that screen. This creates an annoying strategy: keep going back to the archived page until it has the 4* covers you want, then spend a token and repeat. I think this might be the optimal strategy if there is only one character you want the covers of. I got a Prof X cover by doing this, looking for rewards pages featuring 2 Prof X covers.

It's annoying because it requires a ton of reloads to get optimal rewards. One fix would be to keep the same rewards (complete with struck off rewards) until the archived vault becomes active again.
