Shield instant cooldown

I think there should be an option to instantly cooldown your shields. Say for 500hp you can have you shields instantly cooldown once per pvp event and only when you have all 3 shields on cooldown.

I'd never use it because it takes too much HP, but I can see how people who spend money on the game could use this. I am not opposed to this idea because it doesn't affect my performance in PVP and it generates more revenue for the company.
