Apologize for posting here, I only need some advice in my brigade and I'm new here... But in the forum it seems that I can only post HERE and not in the right subforum (such as Tips).
This is the only subforum where I can "make new post".
Am I missing something?

It is because you are a new member, you need to get a couple posts under your belt, then you can hit up tips and post your threads. I will give you a rep point for your first post as well to get you started.
