Suggestion: ISO Refund for Cover Replaces

After playing MPQ for about 11 months and as I get my top characters closer and closer to 166, I find myself regularly having to make a decision: sell a 3-star cover for 500 ISO-8 because I've gotten the 3 covers I want for that power, or use that card so I can make that character a higher level faster. ISO-8 is the most coveted resource in the game for 3-star and 4-star transitioners, so it's hard to throw away 500 ISO when I know I will just replace the cover with a new one eventually.

Why does it have to be this way though? What if when a character has 13 cards, when we choose to replace a cover with a new one, we get the ISO-8 equivalent of that cover? So for a 3-star when we replace a cover, we get 500 ISO back.

The other benefit of this would be allowing players to try out new configurations for their characters without paying an ISO-8 tax to do it.
