Bullseye PvP?

Dear Devs,

Thank you so much for Bullseye. He isn't a game changing, "immediately level this guy" Sort of character. But I love playing with him so much. Whoever designed him; I would buy that man a beer.

Now. About his PvP. Would you please reward Bullseye covers sometime soon? I have been lucky to draw 4/2/4, but want more of this guy. Please put him into the PvP rotation, and soon.

Dead serious about this guy, no pun intended. He is just fun to play with.
