Vault scrolling, can it work elsewhere

It looks good, and I was wondering if this could be applied to the roster.

Could scrolling even be applied to, dare I say it, I dare, I dare, the player and alliance ranks.

    agreed 100% we should be able to scroll placements for alliances and players...there must be some reason d3 does not want us too...
