PvP newbie shield may need some adjustment (pictures)

This was the ranking around me about 2 hours before the end of Category-5, slice 5:



Now take a look at rank 41's roster:



I don't think I am sitting in a newbie bracket, since my last five PvP placements were 49/94/70/106/82 with scores of 739/735/625/598/688

I spent several hundred iso-8 trying to find a match with this player to no avail, so this seems to be a case where the matchmaking algorithm has made someone invisible to incoming hits.

I've noticed this as well, low level people with limited rosters with 600 points.. and no-one but max levels for me to fight.. no idea why, but i think brackets are mixed, but it won't let you snipe lowbies.
