Where to put iso?

over the last week or so I've put iso into the following characters: grocket (130-140), cage (127-140), hood (120-130), Lcap (120-127), patch (something low to 127), witch (102-120), daredevil (104-115), along with some lower ones. I really think my pvp might be better served by maxing someone - namely cmags. my roster (in my sig) is updated as of today and I'd like some advice of some more experienced guys than me. I still think hood and Lcap are good investments (and the others too), but mags is really strong and I've been playing him more and more. played him over thor with patch and likely will with gamora as well. Does that sound right? maxing mags over bringing up the event people?

Also, if maxing is the way to go (I know I'm more apt to skip 166s than 140s), where should my iso go after mags? Loki can go to 153 for now. Grocket, doom, daredevil could all be maxed (along with others - pun, squirrel, mystique) but not sure maxing them is worth it. If I max mags (will take a bit since I've spent my surplus), should I go back to cap and hood or max someone else?
