Don't revised reward tiers downward (Hunt rewards changed!)

You can't revise awards to be more restrictive after an event begins. People can't be expected to constantly check the awards screen to make sure they are keeping up with you rising expectations. Its one thing to expand tiers due to technical issues and the like, but to surprise players with *lesser rewards*?! No.

Feel free to tell us you made a mistake, and it will be corrected next time. But this change appears to have been silently made. That's even less honorable.

Fix this.
