PSA - Hunt awards two 4* covers awarded at top 20, not 50

This is noted in the event thread, but I felt it was important enough to post it on its own. When "The Hunt" initially opened, there were two Thing covers awarded for T50 despite the fact that in the video it was announced that T20 would be the two cover level. This was clearly an error - over the weekend, they corrected it. However, as far as I can tell, no announcement was made over this.

Speaking for myself, I think it would be better for them if they let it slide this time but make an announcement that the reward structure was in error. Still. I'm not going to get all bent out of shape about it. On the other hand, I know that a lot of people will get pretty angry about this, and I know all those people who ground the tinykitty out of the event to get top 50 will be furious when they don't get the second cover. I know this is too late for some, but even if it lets one person know it's worth the time it took to write the post.

thx for pointing it out. after seeing the change I've managed to scrape up into t20 territory - the 2 day sub nearly got me again though. almost ground early (only did one node before I realized). they made a similar mistake before accidentally putting *** torch where a ** torch should have been and they ended up leaving it. same should have been done here - once it makes it into the game, awards should not be worsened unless its game breaking. 21-50 getting an extra thing cover is not game breaking. lots of positive stuff lately (ddq, level iso, pvp pts), but they kinda missed the mark on this one.

ugh, just noticed this after your post... been killing myself to stay t50... at 32 right now.. would have been so much less stressful to just go for t100 since it is the same cover prize
