Health packs bug/tip text bug

So I noticed today that I recover health packs until I have a total of 10 now, not 5. I also noticed that the tip that sometimes pop up when you die says that you recover up to 5 health packs when you have less than that... One of the two is broken

    The tip is broken. The max health packs via regen is now 10, and has been so for a few weeks.
