inactive commander

I am a commander of an alliance with 2 other people. One i know irl the other i dont. The one i dont know ive been playing with for a year straight. In the past two weeks he has inexplicibaly gone mia. What do i do?

    Contact customer service. They can remove the commander status from people.

    Though its probably easier just to start a whole new alliance. We had a similar problem, decided to just start a new alliance and just told the members to join it.

    The alliance founder should contact d3. We just went through the same situation. Didn't take too long.

    Additional channels of communication are key for commanders. Use the forum or fb.

    Contact customer service. If they have been inactive for 2 weeks they will remove their commander status and you will be able to boot them

    Thanks guys! Weve had this alliance since before the 20 person free expansion. Paid for all the slots. I would hate to just start a new one
