Will any compensation be given for lost things prior to R78?

Weeks of having hours of no connection at a time, every day... lost my first ever IMHB red cover (from a token pull) because of no save update before losing connection, lost out on so much pvp time that i couldn't even merc at the end of the season because i couldn't even log in, not that anyone would want me, score was **** as i had to pick what i could do during the times i was actually able to connect.

I have not submitted a ticket, i hate being that guy, submit a ticket for everything......

But i have spent a decent amount of money on this game (feel free to check devs.. notice i spent nothing during this mess)

R78 fixed it, not a single issue since the update (hooray!).. but i am a little disheartened because i had to actually do stuff like interact with my wife etc.. because i couldn't play!!! (she plays as well, but had multiple days where she couldn't log in at all, once close to a week, and has about given up).

Any advice? Should i submit a ticket? Are you doing a blanket compensation? Does anyone even care?

    Ticket is the best route 99% of the time. Their Customer Service is handled by a separate company, in tandem with the developers and publishers, so even if any of us could give you the information, the only people that can actually process the information is that company (from my understanding based on prior inquires on helping with Customer Service inquires).
