PvE nodes showing a countdown when you've never beaten them?

This used to happen maybe every other PvE, but recently it has been happening to me multiple times a day. Does it happen to anyone else?

Sometimes it completely ruins my chance to get in a quick match, when I only have a few minutes to spare.

    This happens to me pretty often on the iphone. Exit the app, force quit it from the main screen on your phone, and then restart. All the timers will reset. It's annoying, but only takes a few minutes. This also retrieves "missing" alliance chat that sometimes doesn't show up in the log there.
