LOCKED MISSION and NO help

So i'm doing the Heroic mode sitting quite comfortably in 6th which i would be happy to finish in, in all honesty(even though the guy sitting in 1st spot has over 3000 more points than me and only has 3 COVERS, YES 3 COVERS, Storm (35) Iron man (35) and Spiderman (28) i dont see how he can have so many points even if he was only getting lower levelled enemies, thats still only 3 characters he has, makes no sense) BUT thats not even why i am angry......NOOOOOO The mission named "arrested" has been locked for me for 3 days now despite meeting the criteria to unlock it, it stays LOCKED., which if my math is correct i have lost out on over 1000 points which would put me in 2nd overall> I emailed the support team 4 times , the last time an angry email asking for a response and all i got was " we are looking into this issue for you please be patient" and then silence (cue tumbleweeds)

I'm sorry but if my mission stays locked for much longer i want my iso i could have won, my coins i could have won and my money i spent on this game refunded cause this is getting ridiculous. Making the players who have played since DAY 1 angry at your game is not the right way to go. Thousands of $ have already been refunded from apple for your game and its gone from a 5 star to a 2 star in 3 days (same amount of time as my mission is locked) so YOU MUST SEE WHAT YOUR DOING or are you too busy rolling around in money to give a (insert bad word here) about your fanbase.
