Starfall Prizes missing?

Hey, so I specifically remember getting my top 50 prize for starfall and using it(Ms. marvel purple) but it seems like the game didn't 'save' that and now it's missing. And I'm panicking a little.

And also I spent nearly all my iso on Ms. marvel and it was given back(?) and she reverted to her old level(Level 140)?

Should I just submit a ticket? Anyone else having these problems?

I submitted a ticket...Ms. Marvel is one of the only characters I need covers for!!!

I may have lost my weekend progress (I was playing on my tablet). Today, my phone progress is way behind and it had received the alliance reward for starfall on startup. I hope when I get home to my tablet, the old progress will still be there and have not been overwritten by the phone. There was no new update, and I thought this syncing bug has already been resolved in the previous patch. I'm not going to play today (to further complicate the out of sync issue), but it means I'm going to drop out of top 10 for carnage.

Are you using more than one device, Raisin? I've had that happen a couple of times (missing covers, and characters de-levelled), and then found the missing reward when I reverted back to my initial device. It's usually a consequence of a bad sync.

Your KK is showing up as 4/2/5 for me, in game.

I am playing on multiple devices, yes.

I remember hearing about this and tried to avoid it but its the only way I know how to stream....

Update: though I felt D3's responses(or automatic responses) were a little insulting, they did eventually give me my top 50 cover, so yeah. worked out better than Earth's Mightiest Heroes comp.
