Community Scaling Experiment

From what I've gathered from some in my alliance and from my own experience in Round 1 of the community scaling experiment, having CS turned off was so much more fun and so much less aggravating. I was going to play the heroic with it turned off as well, but Ultron is running and I'll be turning my attention to that.

All that to say, offering Beast, one of the most undesired covers (instead of one people would like to play for (but not a high-valued prize)), and then running Ultron simultaneously while running round 2 of the experiment, doesn't that seriously starve your potential data pools? And with Kabir, in the Q&A declaring beforehand that it would be a disaster (not that it might be), I get the feeling that the feeling at D3P might be one that they hope this experiment would fail or that the data would be inconclusive, so they can continue reaping my HP on health packs for CS'd nodes. I'll hope I'm wrong as I go reign in my cynicism.
