Replace 20 Iso Reward with Hero Cash System

I hate the 20 Iso reward, especially in Heroic Mode.

Award hero cash instead. Let that be used for purchasing boosts, iso, and maybe even hero points. Let the cash awarded be based on the difficulty of the mission.
