Lost dpd cover

I played DPD today and won the Squirrel Girl yellow cover when I went to go and get it to the character it was gone!! Went through that for nothing...how do I get it back?

    Submit a ticket with a screenshot of the completed DDQ.

    You can also submit it in game, but it can be difficult because i am not sure you can attach screenshots.
