opening tokens

As it is annoying to have to open tokens one by one when there are many that accumulated, I suggest to add an option for open all under each token type, standard, heroic, etc.

People accumulate tokens when there is a new release coming out for better draw for example. I personally had over 100 tokens that I had to open one by one
