Weird bug keeps happening...?

So, recently, every time I log in, my PVP team has a Mystique in the center line up spot, which has hurt me some, because she's only lvl 70 for me, but I have 4 166s and have others covered.

This is also happening, at random, in between PVE battles.

It's honestly not too big of a deal right now, because I've been less active PVP this season, but why is this happening? How do I (or how will you) fix this?

    Some nodes will place a loaned character on your team, and the spot taken up by that character will be replaced by someone on your roster when you attempt to initiate a battle elsewhere that does not grant a loaned character. That someone appears to be Mystique for you.
