Why the "SILENT TREATMENT"?
Why are the Dev's and IceX so silent the past couple days? i know its the weekend and all but surely they must be around to oversee this latest patch they F'D up? what.....No???? oh i see, hiding and hope we forget bout this? I have never seen a company so reluctant and silent to admit its mistakes and not even bother to answer peoples concerns. Customer service and all that jazz. The mind boggles how they cant even answer us. I have some missions LOCKED in the Heroic Mode DESPITE meeting the conditions of defeating Daken, Yelena, etc and emailed the Dev's 4 times and still no response. I lost an estimated 1,200 points so far which would put me in second overall. I cant see how this game gets worse everyday but it truly does.

They're like the dog who got caught peeing on the rug. They're cowering behind their lack of transparency to avoid having to own up to their mistakes.0

I've managed to scrape together just about 1200 points total.. all of my covers that are effective are locked, the few I have that can be used aren't leveled.. My wolverine was sold, my Thor isn't, but only because he isn't leveled..0
-
I have Iron man levelled, Storm (46) and Wolverine (69) the rest aint even worthwhile to use as they get downed in one hit. I wish i could use my Ares or Daken, even Juggernaut and i could get more points. How i am in 7th overall i dont know. Others must be worse off than me.0

They made a bunch of posts yesterday afternoon. I'm sure the only reason there haven't been any today is because it's Saturday.0

you people make so many assumptions about their work ethic, how much they care, their intentions. I wouldn't want to talk to you jerk-offs either. All you do is complain and whine.0

Fair enough. I worked in a customer service call centre for a while, and I didn't want to talk to a single one of the jerk offs that called in. But my livelihood sort of depended on it in a pretty big way, yeah?0 -

I'm open to suggestions on what should we do other than complain and stop supporting the game through IAP?
We recently had a similar situation at work (I'm a developer), and I stayed late couple of days in a row until the mess was fixed. It's just what you do, all in all keeping the client up to date in the progress.0 -

Understandable - but I'm sure they keep close eye on how much people are playing, how much they're paying, etc... They know there's issues. They're a small dev, so I can't imagine they have enough people to have 2-3 team members on the forums all day answering every little question and complaint. The same guys who do answer our questions/issues are probably also re-writing code to fix things. I'd rather they spend time doing that.0 -

So, in my experience vast talking to jerk offs, if I was doing something that would take like 5 minutes, I'd have to go back to the customer and let them know I'm on their ****, even if that pushed the job to 10 minutes. You need to let people know that you're aware of their issue and are working to correct it. You need to create a feeling of confidence in your customers, even if it's totally unfounded. And you really need to let people know that you're listening. Otherwise they get mad.
'Round here, the office has emptied for the weekend at a point where the game is essentially unplayable. PvE is impossible if you're anywhere in between level 45 or 5 blue Spider-Man. PvP is strictly pay to win. The game is broken, and the people that built it, that own it, that depend on it for 3 squares a day, would rather be anywhere but here. If they don't care enough to say hi on the weekend then I have no reason to believe they have the patience or dedication to turn the ship around.0 -
The communication from the devs really is pretty abysmal.
That said I have the utmost respect for IceX and what he has to put up with. He's a good chap. I feel a bit sorry for the guy.0 -

And you came in and worked for free on weekends?0 -
The problem is that on Thick and Thieves they already meesed up the game a lot for some of us, I couldn't play that event without any boost. I had to spent all my ISO on boosts if I wanted to rank up a litle, and I finally ended up wining nothing, I think it was 140ISO reward after spending hundreds on boosts.
My brother ranked highger and got some nice covers even being lower lvl than me and having half my rooster. He was around the 20-30k points on the event while i manage to get to around 5k or so.
Now we have another PvE event and the same thing happens... I ahve the event almost unplayable with insane lvl minions that 1 shot my entire rooster and people with low lvl heroes and 10 heroes at most on their rooster are ranking up a lot higher than me. It doesn't look right. I'm ok for dificult events, but dificult FOR EVERYONE, if we all have to fight lvl 100+ minions to get 10 points, i could understand that, that would be that I need to lvl my rooster to be able to advance, but having lowbies own me on rank because the game decides I have to fight impossible lvls while others have lvl 20 missions is ridiculous.
I hope they fix this mess soon for everyone. For me the game was fun as hell, its a casual game I can play 30 mins and go do something else, then return later and play some more if I fell like it. I knew if I invested a ton of time i would rank top 20-50 and get nice rewards, if I didn't invest time I won low rewards, that was ok by me.0 -

If we don't see a really serious message to customers on Monday, apologizing for and explaining the recent problems and outlining plans to improve, then I might be done with this game.
I'm not demanding compensation, but I'd like to see them commit to concrete plans to fix this.0 -

I'm with you, unlike the OP and others I understand everyone needs a weekend. I do think they should have made some kind of announcement Friday before they left acknowledging the fact they messed up. Instead of hey we patched it hope it works out now peace out ****. Which is what it felt like to me. I will give the benefit of the doubt though and assume they really thought they fixed it and allow them one more chance to own up to their failure.
If not I will just stop playing and might come check on the game a few months down the road, maybe...0 -

And, yeah, the immediate radio silence after the patch was pushed and fixed approximately bugger all probably wasn't too bright, but I'm becoming accustomed to the fact they could use the services of a PR consultant.0 -

Lol keep your head in the sand bro, everything is beautiful. Maybe you can get a more direct route for you to dump your cash and kiss their azzes? Sorry when people are saying the feel cheated and the companies decision is to ignore that and put in ways that cause people to accidentally spend money what the hell do you expect?0
