Timer on nodes in iso-8 Brotherhood PvE event

I notice that the timers are off. This has happened in the last two sub events. I show full points for the AP for the node but it will say I have anywhere between 50min to 20 min for recharge. I sat and watched one for 5 min or so and the points never changed. This seems to be only happening on the 3 harder nodes. Haven't seen this issue on the 3 easier nodes.
