Where is the 4* Tank?

Assuming iw is our healer/protector
Wolverine Is dps
who and what abilities do you think would make a good 4* tank.
I.e.
The thing.
Yellow ability
It's clobbering time!
(OK I suck at description s lol)
Damage ability.

One for all
With x blue tiles on board heals team for x health/turn.

I dunno what else. I am sure that you guys are better than me lol. Just starting a topic

    I think IceIX mentioned getting a new member of the x-men soon, wonder if that one will be 4*. Since we've gotten quite a few 2* and 3* characters, we'll be due for a 4* semi-soonish. It was around 2.5 months after release to get our second 4*, and it's been around 2 months since then.

    Ice said an xmen would be next. Assuming its storyline based I would expect it to be Cyclops. Probably a 3*** though. Also, I would hate dealing with a 4**** tank...just saying. With the slowed game I don't want to be fighting 16k enemies unboosted. Thing seems possible as making each of the fantastic 4 4**** would make some sense (seasame street style love of the #4)... That is if the game lasts that long.

    Deadpool should be a three or four star character. I would love to see him in this game.

    Isn't the hp capped at 9999, considering that's the max I've seen with the maggia muscle? (Like I saw 9999 hp against ~1xx maggia muscle, and still 9999 hp against 230 versions).
    I think that could impact the sheer greater health values tanks have vs others of their star level.

    IceIX has mentioned Colossus before, and he is part of the X-Men, so I guess their's a high chance of him coming fairly soon.

    I heard him say it was an xman but not colossus after he slipped the colossus hint, but he'd probably say that either way.

    IceIX did mention Colossus as an example of a Tank character when discussing the changes to Wolverine and Thor. He also said that Colossus would not be the very next character we get. However we are getting a new mutant next, so that narrows things down a bit.

    I've been harping on about him for a while in various speculation threads, and I still think we've got a good chance of seeing Namor, the Sub-Mariner. He's a mutant anti-hero who has fought alongside X-Men, Avengers and Dark Avengers. I think that gives a nice opportunity to maybe make 2 or 3 different covers for him that show his different allegiances. His powers also include super-strength and durability, which is pretty much what you want in a Tank. He's also strong enough that they could make him a 4* hero.

    The other possibility is that we're not getting a tank next, but another healer to get us ready for the upcoming changes to Spider-Man. I've been thinking along the lines of "what if they change Spider-Man into more of a brawler?" - since there's nothing that says they have to keep the same powers. I always though "Web Bandages" was a bit of an odd power for Spidey, and giving one character protect, healing and stun might be something that the devs want to break up. It's a fairly powerful trio of abilities that gives you a lot of space to play around with your other two heroes. Anyway, I have my own thoughts on redesigning Spidey, but that's not what this is about. There's a pretty good selection of supporty type mutants who could be replacement healers. Beast and Jean Grey are most frequently overseeing anyone that gets put in medical, and I could see Scarlet Witch's probability control powers being used as a heal.

    How about Darwin? He could "adapt" to the opponents special tiles and negate them. Iceman could be a stunner. Or maybe sabertooth to replace nerfed wolvie

    I figured it would just turn the all the enemy special tiles back to normal. That would probably have to be expensive if he's not a three or four star.
