Ronan The Accuser. NON-MCU version.

Ronan The Accuser, on his own, is in the Spider-Man weight lifting class. With armor, he can lift as much as THING ~ 80 tons. He's educated in war and interrogation, has quick reflexes / speed, AND has a universal weapon that grants him further abilities including flight.
This is a , if ever there was one, folks.
So I give you. Ronan.

Cull the Weak. 8 AP.
Ronan uses his empowered weapon to exact his brand of punishment. Deal 800 base / 3500 max level damage plus 75 for each enemy green AP.
Rank 2. Damage to 1200, AP damage to 125.
Rank 3. Damage to 1700, AP damage to 200.
Rank 4. Damage to 2750, AP damage to 300.
Rank 5. Damage to 3500. Drain one of every enemy AP.
Uncompromising Malice. Passive.
Ronan is a driven heretic, bent on the destruction of his enemies. And if the enemy gestures improperly, he perceives it as an immediate threat. Generate a charged tile whenever the enemy matches a tile.
Rank 2. Also generate when the enemy matches a .
Rank 3. Also generate when the enemy matches a .
Rank 4. Generate two charged tiles.
Rank 5. Generate two and one charged tile.
Final Judgment. 7 AP.
Ronan judges his enemies and cohorts alike - inferior. Deal 800 to ALL except for Ronan. At Max level, deal 2100 to all unless team AP exceeds 8 Green and 7 Black whenever this ability is used.
Rank 2. 1100 all.
Rank 3. 1400 all.
Rank 4. 1800 all. AP requirements decreased to 5, 4.
Rank 5. 2100 all. AP requirements decreased to 3, 2.

Been wondering how to make a workable Ronan.. nicely done!
I really think his needs to work off of the charged tiles.
Maybe something like this ( i upped the damage some, he is a 4*)...
