Does PVP not allow joining with less than 3h left?

    I was staring at a 2h 40m join button about 12 hours ago. Seemed to allow joining.

    I thought it did, but the Bullseye event greyed out on me after an alt-tab. I joined the Groot event instead, got kicked back to PVP event selection after one fight, and Bullseye was open again.

    That was weird.

    I joined the two last events before BE with 2 hours on the clock.

    I typically play PVPs starting at the 75-90 minute mark, but have played for as little as 20 minutes - you can start at any time you like.

    Ended up getting in and finishing 12th, but it's being wayyyyyy slow to deliver my rewards. Where's my HP damnit.
