AAAAAAAWWW YISSSSSSSS. Weeeeee approooooove.
Flash Thompson is a stud; the sort of guy you salute every day of the year. A veteran of the Iraq war, Thompson saw plenty of action and lost his legs. But the symbiote gave him new life and purpose. So. This is going to be a bit of a wheelchaired hero, whose abilities toggle like Iron Fist. They all work around "unleash the symbiote".
This is my first 4* character. be honest, as always.
Agent Venom
13550 HPs.
This is Amazing Spider-Man 574. And it's the best Flash cover out there. It's kid friendly. It doesn't have gunfire. It doesn't tentacles, a broken enemy, etc. It strictly shows off Flash in the shadow of Spider-Man. And that says it all.
Unleash the symbiote/Symbiotic flurry. 5 AP.
Flash risks being overtaken by the symbiote if he wears it full time, it could bond permanently and take over control of him.
place a 3 turn tile in play. During that time, Flash's abilities go offensive. If this ability is fired again, the Venom suit lashes out and destroys 3 random tiles.
Rank 2. Destroys 6 random tiles.
Rank 3. 4 turn timer.
Rank 4. Destroys 12 random tiles.
Rank 5. gain any team-ups destroyed as a result.
Multi-weapon 8 AP.
While in normal Flash form, flash deals 500 damage in covering fire. If the symbiote tile is in play, he fires a precision shot from his rifle dealing enhanced damage (2x) to a single target.
Rank 2. Also destroy a random row of tiles.
Rank 3. Damage increase to 700 / 1400.
Rank 4. AP cost increase to 9. Damage now 1750/3500
Rank 5. AP gain from the row destroyed.
Use of force / Excessive Force. 9 AP.
Flash would use enough strength to subdue the enemy. Venom would happily kick them while they are down. Deal 200 plus 50 for every team-up in play. If the symbiote tile is in play, also put down a 2 turn tile as a flashbang. When it goes off, stun an enemy 1 turn.
Rank 2. 300 base / 1 turn
Rank 3. 400 base plus 125 per / 200 per team-up destroyed.
Rank 4. 500 / 200 per team-up.
Rank 5. 800 plus 375 per team-up / 300 per team-up.

Overall, very nicely done. None of the abilities need functionality reworks, they are good as is, but for a 4*, he would need to do a little bit more damage.
Really liking the mechanics of the tile, playing off it like Vision!0 -

I wanted to treat it as two different characters, because he is a crippled vet on one side, but a new hero on the other.0
